What is Art Therapy?
Art therapy can be helpful for people who find it challenging to express themselves verbally. You don’t have to be ‘good at art’ to participate in art therapy, just arrive with a willingness and openness to try expression through the use of art materials. The focus of art therapy is not on the outcome of the image or form created, but rather the process of self-expression and resulting therapeutic relationship. It is a wonderful approach for the very young, or compromised children who don’t have the vocabulary to articulate how they are feeling.

Cancellations made 24 hours in advance of start time will receive full refund.For cancellations made within 24 hours of start time full fee is retained.For non-attendance there will be no refund.If we cancel an event, the event will be rescheduled and/or your fee returned in full.
Courses
Cancellations made 48 hours in advance of start time will receive full refund.For cancellations made within 48 hours of start time a 10% deposit is retained.For non-attendance of any individual part of the course there will be no refund or discount.If we cancel an event, the event will be rescheduled and/or your fee returned in full.

Attendance Policy
Following two non-attended appointments by the client we have discretion whether or not to withdraw from the therapeutic contract.For non-attended appointments there is no refund, full fee is due.If we cancel an appointment there is no fee and the appointment will be rescheduled at your convenience.
Cancellation Policy - Individual Bookings
For cancellations made in advance of 24 hours of start time there will be no fee and an appointment will be rescheduled.
Cancellation Policy - Group Therapy
For cancellations made in advance of one week of the start time a 20% deposit is retained.For cancellations made within 24 hours of start date full fee is retained.For missed sessions within the course there will be no refund.Following two missed sessions we have discretion whether or not to allow admission to the remainder of the course and full fee is retained.
Corporate / School Bookings
For cancellations made in advance of two weeks of start time there is full refund or no fees due. For cancellations made within two weeks of start date 20% deposit is retained or due.For cancelled sessions or missed sessions full fee is due and we will do our best to reschedule.
Art Therapy
For cancellations made in advance of 24 hours of start time no fee is due.For cancellations within 24 hours of start time or non-attendance full fee is due.
